Balanced Electric prides itself on a personalized approach to electrical contracting. The woman-owned business’s story begins with founders Michelle Ericson and Kim McBride, who were each licensed in the 90s before they knew each other. After meeting in 2009, they soon began working on small projects together, eventually opening Balanced Electric in 2013. Their dedicated team, including journeyman electrician Monique and certified technician Zac, is constantly taking on new projects including custom homes, remodels, lighting retrofits, and generator installations and maintenance. This is something Kim loves about her job, “There’s always so much to learn in this trade. I still learn things every day!”
