City Limits Park & Store is a 41-unit premium insulated storage facility (10×20 & 10×30) that will also feature twenty covered RV/Boat storage spots soon. It is in Junction City next to Barn Craft/Non-Stop Auto at the South end of town. Nick has been working since he bought the property four years ago to clean it up and build this storage facility with state-of-the-art surveillance, LED lighting, high bay storage, and blue tooth app-controlled stainless-steel locks on all units.
Nick Williams also owns Cutting Edge Landscape in Eugene. He and his wife Michelle have 14-year-old triplets (2 girls, 1 boy) who attend Marist High School. They have done several jobs in Junction City and surrounding areas and look forward to being part of the business community locally.
