Country Financial is an Insurance Agency owned by Mary Bottensek, located in Junction City and has been in business and a Chamber of Commerce member since January 2024.

Mary’s approach to business is “relationship first, business second.” Mary states “I don’t just sell insurance, I advocate for clients, ensuring they have the coverage and understanding needed to protect their livelihood.”
Country Financial is the largest insurer of farms in Oregon, while other companies are non-renewing farm policies, Country Financial is continuing to issue them.

Mary believes that supporting your local community is incredibly valuable. She states “By connecting with local business’, we can strengthen each other and create a network of support. If you can buy here, do that first!”
Becoming a member of Tri-County Chamber was important to Mary because she feels that it enhances her visibility in the community and provides amazing networking opportunities to connect with other business owners and professionals.

When Mary isn’t hard at work and just enjoying our three communities, she recommends some “go to” places. The local food truck lot across from Guaranty, Long Timber Brewing, and Max Porters. She loves shopping at Grocery Outlet because the selection changes and it’s got great prices. The Junction City Farm & Garden always has hay and alfalfa for her horses, and they have a great selection of other livestock supplies. Downtown Junction City has several fun shops like The Courtyard on 6th, Twice as Nice Boutique, and Sunshine and Laser Beams.
