The biggest event in Harrisburg is the Old-Fashioned July 4th Celebration. Harrisburg still honors our nation’s birthday today much the way it was done a hundred years ago, with family, community, and lots of Fun! The Celebration is organized by the all-volunteer Harrisburg Festival and Events Association. Fireworks and activities are supported entirely by donations from generous individuals and businesses.
