Hayden Homes was established in Redmond Oregon in 1989. Now a second-generation family-owned business that has provided over 25,000 new homes to price-conscious, value driven homebuyers in underserved, secondary markets. They are the largest privately owned new home builder in the Pacific Northwest. One of their most recent ventures is the beautiful Shadowood development being built in Harrisburg.

One of the principles of Hayden Homes is “Give As You Go” ™, which is demonstrated, in part, by having a program that helps give deserving families a hand up on the path to homeownership. Hayden Homes has contributed $6.3 billion to local economies and has created more than 99,000 jobs since the company’s inception. Hayden Homes supports philanthropic efforts in the communities in which they build and have contributed more than $70 million in charitable donations with the flagship of their giving through the 501(c)(3) nonprofit, First Story. To date, First Story has provided over 115 families throughout the Pacific Northwest with an affordable home and a first step toward financial freedom.

Hayden Homes joined the Chamber in May of 2024. They state that the Chamber helps them get connected with the community, hear about networking events, and advertise their events to bring awareness and engage with the community. They love meeting the community in which they build as well as supporting local businesses and initiatives that align with their values

The staff of Hayden Homes enjoy exploring the downtown shops, local restaurants and breweries, walking along the Willamette River, and all the outdoor recreation that surrounds the Tri-County area.
