Integrity Solutions is owned by Bill and Kelli Xiarhos and has been in business for 8 years this coming May. They are a business consulting agency, located in Junction City, offering Business Education, Business Development, and Bookkeeping Services.
Integrity Solutions doesn’t just take a “business only” approach. They look at how a business owner’s personal aspects tie into the overall business plan – because it all works together.
When asked his advice for other business owners in the area, Bill stated “Do your craft and don’t try to do everyone else’s business, you can’t wear all the hats.”
Being a member of the Tri-County Chamber of Commerce was important to Bill because it connects him to all three of the communities we serve. He and his wife Kelli, along with 5 of their 6 children, also live in the community of Junction City and appreciate the awareness of the area they have gained meeting people through the Tri-County Chamber on both a personal and business level.
When Bill and his family are out enjoying our communities, they like to frequent Benny’s Pizza Joint in Monroe, Toreros Mexican Restaurant in Harrisburg, and Max Porters in Junction City. In the summertime they like to frequent the Max Strauss City Pool in Junction City, and in the evenings you may find Bill teaching Karate!
