Jake Pelroy is a political consultant who owns Pelroy and Associates LLC, based out of Lane County, Oregon. Pelroy grew up west of Eugene and started working in politics as an intern in the 2004 election cycle while attending college. In 2005, he joined the United States Marine Corps, where he served as an intelligence Analyst. During his 5 years of active duty service, he contributed to Operation Iraqi Freedom during three tours.

Upon his end of military service in 2010, Pelroy enrolled at the University of Oregon and began his political consulting career working on a county commissioner race. Since then, he has led & collaborated with team members on over 50 political campaigns spanning over a decade. Pelroy lives in Eugene with his wife, Kelly, and two boys.
