Chamber 35th Annual Dinner & Auction

CHAMBER EVENT: Saddle up, y’all!  Round up your crew, dust off those boots, throw on your best Western glam, and get ready for a boot-scootin’ good time  with incredible auction items, raffle, a mouthwatering deluxe BBQ dinner, optional line dancing, and more! The 35th annual Tri-County Chamber Dinner & Auction is on Saturday, April 5th at 6:00 PM at Shadow Hills Country Club!

Arrive early for line dance lessons on the covered patio 5:30-6:30 PM. Doors into venue center also open at 5:30 PM for those that want to check-in early and avoid the 6:00 PM line. It will be a fun night of dining, friends, networking, bidding, & fundraising! Plus, the best dressed in our Hoedown theme contest and photo booth. We are also seeking donations of auction items, baskets, experiences, or desserts for our auctions. We also have advertising space in our event program and table sponsorships available as follows.
•AUCTION DONATION: Name in program & ad as a donor, logo & details about item if live auction, logo sign & business cards displayed by auction item
•TABLE SPONSOR $600: 8 tickets, logo sign on table, name in program/ad as table sponsor
•PROGRAM AD $75: Business card size logo in program given to each guest
