2nd annual pet parade & costume contest. 1st St along the Harrisburg riverfront! ★ Check-in 10:30 am, Judging & prizes 10:45 am, Parade 11:00 am. ★ Parade in costume with your pet, wagon, bike, trike, or wheelchair (no motorized except wheelchairs) or watch all the fun along the riverfront. Decorate your bike? Join our bigger parade on July 4th for double the fun.
